Items purchased from our website may be returned within 7 working days from the date of shipment.
As the Founder of our company, we stand behind our products.
Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.
● Return Order Condition: The merchandise returned must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
● Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of bras or similar intimate items.
● Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance on their own.
● Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the of order delivery. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
● Credits: Credits will be issued within 3-7 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.
● Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
● After we receive the returned package we will issue a refund to you if the returning goods all with a good condition.
How To Return/Exchange an Item
● If there is a problem with the order, e-mail us at email@example.com within 7 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return.
● Drop off your package at your return courier’s station. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.
● Allow up to 14 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problems occur, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to follow up on your request.
Credit or replacement item will be issued within 3-7 working days from the date of receipt.
